Located in Lumino, in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bellinzona, Ticino, Residence 3544 is found in a strategic position, a few minutes from the Bellinzona Nord motorway exit and the Castione railway station, an area very well served by public transport. of public transport. Completely rebuilt on the ashes of three core buildings, the Residence is made up of three internal structures.

La Residenza 3544 nasce dall’idea di creare un immobile di servizi completo e unico nel suo genere nel centro di Lumino, ridisegnando nel contempo l’entrata del paese con la ricostruzione di alcuni stabili in decadenza. La presenza di uno studio fotografico affittabile ad ore e utilizzabile anche come spazio espositivo, di un servizio ristorante presso il Bistrot oltre a 17 camere ammobiliate e pronte per essere vissute per brevi e lunghi periodi, rende particolare e unica la struttura. Gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di accedere all’hotel in completa autonomia grazie al Self Check-in, ricevendo un’applicazione da scaricare che garantisce loro completa libertà di movimento, anche al di fuori degli orari compatibili con l’apertura del ristorante. Al piano terra della Residenza sono presenti 17 posteggi di cui 10 interni e 7 esterni, a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti della Residenza e del Bistrot.
Studio fotografico 3544
Primo studio fotografico in Ticino attrezzato per competere tranquillamente con molti spazi simili nella vicina Milano. Creato e pensato per dare a tutti i fotografi la possibilità di disporre di uno spazio attrezzato e predisposto con sfondi diversificati, con un arredo accattivante per sfruttare al massimo la creatività e capacità di tutti i fotografi professionisti che con una semplice prenotazione online possono riservarlo ad ore. All’interno dello studio sono stati predisposti fondali diversi, una scultura unica nel suo genere creata dall’artista Paolo Grassi il tutto per ricercare la qualità del dettaglio tanto cara al progettista. Oltre alla fotografia, lo spazio si adatta perfettamente anche ad esposizioni di artisti, meeting aziendali con scenografie non comuni ed eventi di vario genere.
Ristorante Bistrot 3544
Vivere le emozioni di aperitivi di qualità o sedersi a tavola gustando specialità a base di carne, da hamburger a tagli che privilegiano le migliori “cicce” frollate, oggi è possibile. Il Bistrot 3544 è un nuovo ristorante a Lumino, in Ticino, dotato di un arredamento in stile “industrial”. La supervisione gastronomica è dello Chef, mentre l’impeccabile servizio in sala è coordinato da Fabio Dondi, gerente dello storico locala La Clava, entrambi i locali siti in Bellinzona. Piatti mediterranei e del territorio completano un’offerta gastronomica con delle offerte stabili ed altre che seguono il lento alternarsi delle stagioni. E’ possibile richiedere ottimi abbinamenti di cibo e vino che valorizzano soprattutto piccole cantine ticinesi ed estere.
